Important notice

This page is provided for the selected language. If a translated expression is unclear, the Korean operator information and applicable Korean law will be used for interpretation unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Summary

  • The multilingual pages are public app information pages and do not require login.
  • App functions may require social login, server authentication and app-store payment verification.
  • AI fitting images are visual consultation references and do not guarantee exact fabric, fit, tailoring or production results.
  • Users must have proper rights and consent before uploading customer photos, garment images or third-party information.
  • Payment, wallet, refund and retry handling may follow app-store rules, server verification and operational policy.

1. Operator, service scope and applicable documents

These Terms of Service apply to the multilingual MachoSuit public app information pages, app download guidance pages, notices, FAQ, policy pages, and app-related services operated by MachoSuit (BlueCode).

The Korean web/SaaS site, app backend APIs, app-store payment flows, AI fitting functions, customer/photo management functions and any separately displayed notices or in-app consent screens may include additional rules. If a specific function displays a more specific notice, that notice applies together with these Terms.

The multilingual public pages are mainly provided to explain the app, provide policy information and guide users to download the app. Login is not required to browse these public pages.

2. Definitions

“Service” means MachoSuit public pages, the MachoSuit app, related web pages, app APIs, AI fitting request/result features, wallet or payment verification records, notices, FAQ and customer-support functions.

“User” means any person or business that accesses the public pages or uses the app. “Shop user” means a tailoring shop, stylist, consultant, wedding shop or other business user using the app for customer consultation.

“Customer data” means customer names, contact details, measurements, photos, garment images, consultation notes or other information entered or uploaded by a user. “AI result” means AI-generated preview or fitting output produced from uploaded photos, suit renders, garment images or prompts.

3. Public page use without login

The multilingual public pages can be accessed without login and are intended for app information, app download guidance, notices, FAQ and policy review.

Public pages do not provide customer management, fitting creation, wallet charging, account management or AI generation. Those functions are provided through the app or the existing Korean service environment.

The operator may collect minimal technical logs from public page visits for security, abuse prevention, traffic analysis and service stabilization as explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. App account, authentication and eligibility

Certain app functions may require social login, device identification, app token authentication and server-side permission checks.

Users must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s account, device token, social login token, app-store payment token or business information without authorization.

The service is intended for professional consultation and business operation support. If a user uses the app for a shop or third-party customer, the user is responsible for obtaining proper authority, consent and disclosure from that customer.

5. Customer photos, consent and shop responsibility

Before uploading a customer photo, body image, garment image, suit render, measurement or consultation note, the user must have a lawful basis and necessary consent from the person shown or described.

The user must explain, where appropriate, that photos or related images may be processed for AI fitting, image conversion, storage, consultation record management, quality control, troubleshooting and security purposes.

The user must not upload images involving minors, sensitive situations, illegal content, nude/sexual content, violence, copyrighted materials without rights, or any material that the user is not permitted to use.

6. AI fitting and preview limitations

AI fitting results, 3D suit preview captures, garment try-on images and other visual outputs are reference materials for consultation. They are not a guarantee of actual garment fit, fabric color, final tailoring result, body proportion, lighting, texture, sewing quality or production outcome.

AI results may vary depending on source image quality, pose, lighting, body angle, occlusion, fabric pattern, prompt interpretation, model update, provider status and device/browser rendering conditions.

Users must not present AI results as medical, biometric, body-measurement, legal, financial or final production guarantees. Final garment decisions must be made by the shop and customer through ordinary consultation and fitting processes.

7. Payment, wallet, app-store purchase and paid AI generation

Paid AI generation, wallet charging or app-store products may be provided through the app. The operator may verify purchases server-side before granting credit, wallet balance or generation rights.

The same purchase token, order ID or receipt may not be reused for duplicate charging. Invalid, cancelled, refunded, already-used, mismatched or suspicious purchase data may be rejected.

Prices, free-generation policies, paid-generation rules, refund handling and available products may change depending on app-store policy, operational policy, promotions, taxes, exchange rates, fraud prevention and service cost.

8. Refunds, cancellation and failed generation

Refunds or cancellations may be handled according to applicable law, app-store rules, payment-provider rules and the operator’s service policy displayed at the time of use.

If a paid AI generation fails due to service-side error and no valid result is provided, the operator may restore wallet balance, provide a retry, or process another corrective measure according to the operational policy.

Refunds may be limited or refused where the service has already been provided, a valid AI result has been generated, abuse is suspected, or app-store/payment-provider rules restrict refund processing.

9. User content, ownership and service license

Users retain ownership of photos, garment images, customer data and other content they upload, to the extent they lawfully own or control such content.

By uploading content, users grant the operator a limited license to store, copy, convert, transmit, process, display and use the content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve and troubleshoot the requested service.

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or any third-party rights.

10. Prohibited conduct

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, token manipulation, payment fraud, duplicate receipt use, scraping, reverse engineering, excessive automated requests, malware uploads, interference with servers, or circumvention of billing/security controls.

Users must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, hateful, sexual, exploitative, violent or otherwise harmful content, or use AI results to deceive customers or impersonate another person.

The operator may restrict, suspend, delete or investigate accounts, requests, results or uploads when abuse, security risk, legal risk or policy violation is suspected.

11. Third-party services

The service may rely on app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics/security tools, social login providers, image-processing libraries and AI API providers.

Third-party providers may apply their own terms, review rules, payment/refund rules, API limits, service availability policies and privacy policies. The operator is not responsible for failures caused solely by a third-party provider outside the operator’s reasonable control.

If a third-party policy or legal requirement requires changes to the service, the operator may modify or suspend affected functions without prior individual notice where necessary.

12. Service changes, suspension and maintenance

The operator may change, improve, limit, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, business operation, app-store review, API provider changes, infrastructure issues or force majeure.

The operator will attempt to provide reasonable notice for significant changes when practical, but urgent security, legal or operational issues may be handled immediately.

The operator may delete temporary files, failed jobs, expired images, logs or unused data according to retention and storage policies.

13. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, exact visual matching, commercial success, customer satisfaction, or suitability for every business purpose.

Users are responsible for final consultation, measurement, tailoring decisions, customer explanation, production confirmation and compliance with laws applicable to their own business.

Nothing in the service should be interpreted as professional legal, accounting, medical, biometric, body-measurement or manufacturing certification advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity, customer dispute, or damage caused by user misuse, third-party failure or unauthorized content.

The operator’s liability may be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service that directly caused the issue, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

15. Notices and communication

The operator may provide service notices through public notices, app notices, email, in-app messages, app-store release notes, FAQ, policy pages or other reasonable methods.

Users should keep contact information accurate where account features are used. Failure to check notices does not invalidate a notice properly posted or sent by the operator.

Questions may be sent to the contact email listed at the end of this document.

16. Amendments

The operator may amend these Terms to reflect changes in law, app-store requirements, service functions, AI providers, payment policies, security measures or business operations.

The amended version will show the effective date and version. Material amendments may be announced through notices or app messages where practical.

Continued use after the effective date may be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms, unless applicable law requires a separate consent procedure.

17. Governing law and dispute handling

Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith consultation with the operator. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be handled by the competent court or dispute-resolution body under applicable law.

Consumer protection, privacy and app-store rules that are mandatory in the user’s jurisdiction may apply where legally required.
